At TradingForms, we stand behind the quality of our platform. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for paid subscription plans. We aim to be fair, transparent, and responsive to every refund request.

This policy applies to all paid TradingForms subscription plans (Professional and Business). Free (Starter) plan users are not charged and therefore not covered by this refund policy.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. This applies to first-time upgrades from the free plan, as well as customers who have been on the free plan and upgrade to a paid plan for the first time.

To claim your 14-day money-back guarantee, simply email support@tradingforms.com with your account email and reason for cancellation within 14 calendar days of your subscription start date.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
Outside the 14-day guarantee window, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The following criteria are considered when assessing eligibility:
Eligible Reasons
Technical Failure
Extended outages or service unavailability caused by TradingForms, lasting more than 24 consecutive hours.
Misrepresentation
If a feature or capability was materially misrepresented in our marketing or documentation.
Billing Error
Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts billed, or charges after a confirmed cancellation.
Renewal After Cancel
If your subscription renewed after a confirmed, documented cancellation request.
Statutory Rights
Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Promo Discrepancy
If a promotional price or discount was not correctly applied to your account.
Not Eligible
Change of Mind
Simply changing your mind or deciding not to use the service after the 14-day window.
Price Dissatisfaction
Finding the plan too expensive after subscribing (outside the 14-day guarantee).
Low Usage
Not using the service frequently does not entitle you to a refund.
Feature Requests
A feature you wanted not being available or not working as you personally expected.
Third-Party Issues
Problems caused by third-party services, browser issues, or your own internet connection.
Forgot to Cancel
Failing to cancel before a renewal date is not grounds for a post-renewal refund.

Annual Plans β Prorated Refunds
For annual subscriptions, if a refund is approved outside the 14-day guarantee window due to a qualifying reason (e.g., technical failure), we calculate a prorated refund based on the unused months remaining in the subscription year, minus a processing fee of 5% of the original purchase price.
π Example: You paid $199 for an annual Business plan. After 4 months, an extended technical failure occurs.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward. Follow the steps below to submit your request and receive a resolution as quickly as possible.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5β10 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds within 1β3 business days.

If your refund has not appeared within the maximum timeframe shown above, please first contact your bank or payment provider, as processing delays are often on their end. If still unresolved, contact us at support@tradingforms.com with your refund reference number.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refunds are two separate actions. Understanding the difference helps avoid confusion about what happens to your account and your money.

Refund

Tip: If you want to both stop future charges AND get a refund for the current period, you need to do both: cancel your subscription AND submit a refund request. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund.
Disputes & Chargebacks
We understand that billing issues can be frustrating. Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we strongly encourage you to contact us first. We resolve most billing issues within 2 business days and are committed to working with you fairly.

Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting TradingForms, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation and provide documentation to your payment provider to contest fraudulent chargebacks. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be permanently suspended.
For any billing dispute, please email support@tradingforms.com first. Include your account email, the charge amount, the date, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours on business days.
Special Circumstances
We recognize that life is unpredictable and that exceptional circumstances sometimes fall outside our standard policy. We handle the following situations with additional care and flexibility:
Medical Emergency
If a serious medical emergency prevents you from using the service, contact us with relevant documentation. We will assess on a case-by-case basis.
Bereavement
In the event of the death of an account holder or close family member, we extend the refund window and handle the account with sensitivity and care.
Extended Outage
If TradingForms suffers an unplanned outage exceeding 24 hours in a billing period, affected subscribers receive a prorated service credit or refund.
Business Closure
If your business closes during an annual subscription period, contact us with documentation. We will consider a prorated refund for the remaining unused period.
Account Compromised
If your account was compromised and charges were made without your knowledge, we work closely with you to investigate and reverse unauthorized charges.
Regulatory Requirements
If local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you broader refund rights, we honor those rights in full, regardless of this policy.
